Gamakatsu SL45 - Straight eye, forged, sproat bend, with a black finish, the SL45 is nicely balanced for bonefish flies. According to Gamakatsu, "the size 10 is small enough for those really finicky Bones but the 2x strong high carbon steel shank is strong enough to keep them out of the mangroves once they’re hooked." However this is still a light wire hook when compared to traditional styles. This hook is super sharp.
